Great selection of great products. These guys know their stuff as well. Very knowledgeable. I bought a Big Green Egg there and a Yeti cooler and I get all my bbq stuff there. Very friendly as well.

We came close to avoiding the place due to the negative comments about the sales department. So glad we went. Our sales guy, Chris, was great. He took a lot of time showing and explaining each insert that was compatible with our opening. He was honest and didn't try to steer us towards the pricier models. We bought one that suited our needs. Love that the price quoted matched the readily available price sheet and included the unit, installation, and sales tax. Hoping the installation goes as smoothly.
I wanted to buy a gas stove. Called up to gather a little info from this dealer. The whole conversation was like pulling teeth. I mean you would think I asked the guy for one of his kidneys. I'd ask a question, get some mumble, ask another, get a little silence (have to ask again). It seemed as though I was a disturbance to him because I wanted to possibly spend money in his store. I ended up buying a $3000 stove at another dealer. Oh well.
I purchased a $1300. Napoleon grill this past Sept. Pennwood assembled, wrapped, loaded, and secured the grill in my pickup. Upon arrival home I found the rear panel to be dented - pushed in. There was no contact with any part of my truck. I called Pennwood and was met with skepticism that they had done the damage. They agreed to order a new panel. Over the next several months there was NO communication from Pennwood, requiring me to email them repeatedly regarding status. When the panel arrived in Pleasant Gap , I offered to have them mail it so I could install it. Again, no return emails. These folks have much to learn about customer service and communication. Sorry they were my only local option for Napoleon.
